EMFASIS Educational Group on the topic of "MANAGING ANXIETY and NATIONAL PANHELLENIC EXAMS: Practical Tips for Children and Parents" was held with particular success on May 17, 2023 via ZOOM. The main speaker was Mr. Yiannis Fliatis Psychologist- Specialized CBT Psychotherapist who during his speech developed in an excellent way the entire Vicious circle of beliefs that a child creates in view of Pan-Hellenic exams, how his behavior and everyday life are affected and by extension that of his parents, but he also proposed solutions that will certainly make it easier for prospective students. The debate was moderated by Mrs. Eleni Emfietzoglou, director of studies and head of the EMFASIS office in Athens, but Mr. Sidiropoulos from the Thessaloniki's office also spoke, who pointed out that there are always worthwhile alternatives, especially for high-demand schools such as: Medicine , Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy and Polytechnics and that EMFASIS knows very well the success of many of them!
