CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BEST OF THE BEST
With great pleasure, emotion and pride, we would like to congratulate from our heart our student THEOFANIS NIZAMIS, who FIRST among the first completed his studies on June 5th, 2014.
Theofanis Nizamis, a student of the Medical School of Comenius University in Bratislava, gives the oath on July 19th with a grade of 1.14, after he has received during his studies there (3) scholarships, the most important of which is the last one, through which he obtains the Pass with honor, which will be awarded by the Rector of the University and is the highest honor for a student. During the ceremony, he will hold a speech on behalf of the graduates, since he has achieved the highest score in the history of this university.
Congratulations to his parents as well, who really deserve to be proud of not only for his performance but also for the consistency and excellent moral of the personality of their child.
We, all the people of EMFASIS, who just opened him the road to a brilliant scientific progress, we wish him from our heart to have an extinguished career, something we are confident he will achieve!

Theofanis, after his final examination, sent us the following letter, which we have to make public:
My name is Theofanis Nizamis. On September 16th, 2008, I started my studies of Medicine at the Comenius University with a lot of dreams and completed them on June 5th, 2014. With the help of EMFASIS Foundation Centre and the courses I had attended during the summer of 2008 in the headqaurters of EMFASIS, I got perfectly prepared for the first year. My love for Medicine and the respect for my parents’ efforts urged me to do my best and work hard. After a successful first year I passed with A all major courses like Anatomy, Physiology, and all the courses of the third year like Pathological Anatomy, Pathological Physiology and Microbiology. In the fifth year of my studies I was awarded with two scholarships and a prize of €700 for my performance. Finally, after 6 years, I completed my medical studies with the best overall average score, as the first among my fellow students, with an overall grade of 1.14, and A in all state exams and diploma courses. Therefore, the Dean of the University rewarded me with the “Pass with honor”, the maximum honor for a student of medicine at the Comenius University, and a prize of 300€. On July 19th, 2014, I will give the oath as Physician and I will hold the official speech honoring my fellow students, our parents and our professors. I would like to thank form the depth of my heart my wonderful parents, EMFASIS for the continuous academic supervision and the services it offered both academic and social, and, personally, Mr. Menandros Emfietzoglou, who was always beside us willing to help in any difficulty.
